There are many people who take loans from banks and other financial institutions to buy properties. Different banks and lending institutions have different rates of repaying the loans. Bank foreclosure homes refers to those properties, usually homes, that are seized by the bank in cases where their owners are not able to repay back the amount of money that they borrowed from the bank. Pre foreclosed homes can mean a great bargain for buyers. Foreclosure auctions are usually very competitive and can result in you paying more than expected for a foreclosed home. But a pre foreclosure takes some of this pressure off as there is often less competition vying for the same house.
